We
Are Here To Serve God And Others
And Not Self, In Any Way.
(Luke 9:23 NKJV) Then He said to them
all,
"If anyone desires to come after Me,
let him
deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.
(Luke 9:24 NKJV) "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but
whoever loses his life for My sake will save it.
I am sure you have heard the old saying ,
"You Can't See The Forest For The Trees".
I am going to use this saying here to help show
(Luke
16:13 NKJV) "No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the
one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the
other. You cannot serve God and mammon."
(Luke 16:14 NKJV) Now the Pharisees, who were lovers of money, also heard all
these things, and they derided Him.
(Luke 16:15 NKJV) And He said to them, "You are those who justify
yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts.
For
what is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the sight of God.
The two scriptures, "you cannot serve God and mammon" and "for what is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the
sight of God," lays the foundation for much of what is taught throughout this web
site. God has made it very clear
concerning the everyday focus of our lives.
But just as in the days of Jesus, many have harden their hearts against
very clear and precise statements made by the Spirit of God.
There is warning after warning through out the new testament about the spiritual condition and attitude of the hearts of men on the earth during the last days. The Bible says he who has an ear let him here what the Spirit of God Says to the churches.
Are you letting the bless me more oh Lord messages from the bless me more church leaders of our time keep you from hearing what the Spirit of God is saying?
(Luke
17:26 NKJV) "And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the
days of the Son of Man:
(Luke 17:27 NKJV) "They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were
given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came
and destroyed them all.
(Luke 17:28 NKJV) "Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate,
they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built;
(Luke 17:29 NKJV) "but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire
and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all.
(Luke 17:30 NKJV) "Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is
revealed.
The Trees.
Mark
4:14 "The sower sows the word.
Mark 4:15 "And these are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown.
When they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in
their hearts.
Mark 4:16 "These likewise are the ones sown on stony ground who, when they
hear the word, immediately receive it with gladness;
Mark 4:17 "and they have no root in themselves, and so endure only for a
time. Afterward, when tribulation or persecution arises for the word's sake,
immediately they stumble.
Mark 4:18 "Now these are the ones sown among thorns; they are the ones who
hear the word,
Mark 4:19 "and the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and
the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes
unfruitful.
The trees are
The Material things of this world
&
The things that satan uses against our minds

that keep us from seeing the Big Picture.
The follow scriptures offer another of Jesus' warnings about the traps of this world that will keep many individuals from the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
(Luke
14:16 NKJV) Then He said to him, "A certain man gave a great supper and
invited many,
(Luke 14:17 NKJV) "and sent his servant at supper time to say to those who
were invited, 'Come, for all things are now ready.'
(Luke 14:18 NKJV) "But they all with one accord began to make excuses. The
first said to him, 'I have bought a piece of
ground, and I must go and see it. I ask you to have me excused.'
(Luke 14:19 NKJV) "And another said, 'I
have bought five yoke of oxen, and I am going to test them.
I ask you to have
me excused.'
(Luke 14:20 NKJV) "Still another said,
'I have
married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.'
Jesus
made some very
mind boggling statements concerning
our focus on gaining heavenly treasure as to earthly possession. The following
scriptures are one of those statements which I asked God to please reveal to me
how to explain.
(Luke
14:26 NKJV) "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother,
wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot
be My disciple.
(Luke 14:27 NKJV) "And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me
cannot be My disciple.
It is hard, for a man that is tied to this world in any way, to
bear the reality of the commitment that God expects from us, but it is a
commit that we can understand if we are willing to open our hearts to it.
To understand the following two verses we need to understand what it means to
"bear our cross daily."
((Luke 9:23 NKJV) Then He said to them all, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.)
As Christians we must roll out of bed daily onto the cross of self crucifixion that Jesus gives for us to bear . To daily nail our flesh to the cross is the only escape from the daily on slough of
the lust of the eyes,
the lust of the flesh,
the pride of life,
the force of greed.
These very strong forces in our society and in our lives must be nailed to the cross daily.
(Luke
14:26 NKJV) "If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother,
wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot
be My disciple.
It is God's will that we separate from our own personal agendas to allow Christ to live in us with His agendas. As (Luke 14:26 NKJV) above states, this separation extends to anyone's agendas that is not of the same mind set, same focus, same heart as the Word directs us. The focus of the heart that God requires, is the focus of
self sacrifice, and gaining heavenly treasure.
God wants us to be about building the Kingdom Of God, with no distractions.
The following scripture is of the same commitment that God is expecting from His children.
(Mat
5:29 NKJV) "If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it
from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish,
than for your whole body to be cast into hell.
(Mat 5:30 NKJV) "And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and
cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members
perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.
Jesus is interested in the end results of our eternity. Any distractions that get in the way, He wants us to deal with them at all cost. He does want us to use wisdom in all our decision, concerning our self and others. But His wisdom will always lead towards our gaining heavenly treasure for our eternity.
Hind sight is is 20/20. I want you look at the desires of a man that has entered onto eternity and can see the reality of his fatal mistake.
(Luke
16:22 NKJV) "So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels
to Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died and was buried.
(Luke 16:23 NKJV) "And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes
and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
First
Desire
(Luke 16:24 NKJV) "Then he cried and said,
'Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of
his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.'
His first desire was for himself, That is the
way he had lived on the earth, that is the way life had been demonstrated
to him. That is the way that many Christians live today. We are not
self denied but self centered.
(Luke 16:25 NKJV) "But Abraham said, 'Son, remember that in your lifetime
you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is
comforted and you are tormented.
(Luke 16:26 NKJV) 'And besides all this, between us and you there is a great
gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can
those from there pass to us.'
Second
Desire
(Luke 16:27 NKJV) "Then he said, 'I beg you therefore,
father, that you would send him to my father's house,
(Luke 16:28 NKJV) 'for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, lest
they also come to this place of torment.'
Here is a man in hell that has now got the the Big Picture.
He is now able to look pass himself and to the needs of others.
He is feeling compassion, from the pit of hell, towards those that He was closest to on the earth, .
He now understand why it is so important to God for us to sacrifice all to build the Kingdom of God
He is Just A Little To Late In Deciding To Do Something About It.

Who
Is Jesus
(Luke 16:29 NKJV) "Abraham said to him, 'They have Moses and the prophets;
let them hear them.'
(Luke 16:30 NKJV) "And he said, 'No, father Abraham; but if one goes to
them from the dead, they will repent.'
(Luke 16:31 NKJV) "But he said to him, 'If they do not hear Moses and the
prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.'"
The Big Picture
God is After a Lot More Than 10% of your, self, time and money.
The old testament 10% teaching that is taught by the church leaders of today
is part of the present day deception
to keep you from seeing the Big Picture.
In the New Testament and in the New Covenant, God is asking for much more than 10%.
(Mark 4:20 NKJV) "But these are the ones sown on good ground, those who hear the word, accept it, and bear fruit: some thirty fold, some sixty, and some a hundred."
If you will take time to review this complete web site, I believe that you will come to the understand of what Jesus meant when He said
some thirty fold, some sixty, and some a hundred,
(Mark 4:21 NKJV) Also He said to them, "Is a lamp brought to be put under a
basket or under a bed? Is it not to be set on a
lamp stand?
(Mark 4:22 NKJV) "For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed,
nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light.
Jesus was more than able to say exactly what He meant when He walked the earth.
He made some very strong statements.
Then Jesus Made This Very Profound Statement.
(Mark 4:23 NKJV) "If anyone has ears to hear,
let him hear."
